Channels & Alliances Programme

At 1-Net, we believe in creating mutually beneficial relationships with our partners and striving to ensure that they enjoy maximum benefits through leveraging on our expertise and infrastructure.

We operate a flexible, yet robust Channels & Alliances Programme that allows partners to bundle our products and services as part of an end-to-end solution that they can offer to their own clients.

  • Types of Channel Partnership
    1-Net offers flexibility for enrolment into the Channels & Alliances Programme. We have two types of partnerships. Partners can opt for the type of partnership according to their internal resources and the needs of their customers.

  • Referral Alliance Partner (RAP)
    RAP refers sales lead to 1-Net. 1-Net's Channel Account Manager will follow up on the sales lead. Upon successful closure of the sale, RAP will be notified and will be accorded a one-time commission for their referral effort.

  • Channel Alliance Partner (CAP)
    CAP takes on a more active pre-sales and after-sales role. CAP fronts the deal, takes ownership of the customer and provides first tier support to the customer.

    In terms of billing, CAP has the option to either be billed by 1-Net or for 1-Net to bill the customer. For cases in which 1-Net bills the customer, the amount billed will be at a discount corresponding to the amount of CAP's commission. This commission will be accrued and paid to CAP on a quarterly basis.

  • In choosing between being a RAP or CAP:
    Channel partner has the option to alternate between being a RAP and CAP; depending on their requirements and choice.

    For strategic reasons, channel partner may choose to be a RAP for a selected customer and a CAP for another.
